Tribute to Greek Cypriot actor Sotiris Moustakas
Born in Limassol, Cyprus on the 17th September 1940 Sotiris Moustakas had a long lasting acting career spanning over forty years. He was described as "an actor without a label" due to his variety of playing in theatrical plays, film, television series etc with ease in different roles receiving great reviews and success in all of them. He almost received an Oscar award for his role in Zorba the Greek and became a national star in both Greece and Cyprus as being part of the Golden Age of Greek Cinema.
