If you have made New Years Resolutions and actually followed through with them, please send an email to Harvard or Mensa or someplace where mega-geniuses meet and talk about their mega-achievements because you’ve accomplished something extraordinary. A New Year’s Theme is like an umbrella. Anything you do could go under it and therefore shield you from the Thunderstorm of Guilt that a hyper-specific Resolution could create. But also you can do nothing because it’s JANUARY, sis, it’s literal hibernation season, get under a blanket and come out in March, or something, who cares.
