15. Kugelmugel
An artist builds a sphere-shaped studio and his local government is like ‘’hmm this doesn’t fit with our square-shaped mentality, we are the Borg, resistance is futile’’ and his resistance was to declare that the sphere was an independent nation, which is how I found out about the concept of micronations. (I actually am a Lady of Sealand) The structure ended up in Vienna’s Prater Park, where you can still see it today. Long may it live.
