There's a very specific sense of joy, security and pride in knowing you come from a country with exquisite cuisine. When I’m in Greece, I never worry about what and where I’m eating; I always know it will be excellent. Or, at least, very very very good. The list in this episode is not exhaustive, I forgot to mention ΑΠΑΚΙ and ΞΥΔΑΤΟ ΛΟΥΚΑΝΙΚΟ, the best meat dishes ever ever ever.
