7. όλοι οι δρόμοι οδηγούν στη Ρώμη
Cities in Greece are disorganised and chaotic. Rome is *also* disorganised and chaotic but you don’t really think about it because you are CONSTANTLY BOMBARDED with BEAUTY AND HISTORY from all sides, all the time. You see trash and graffiti? No you don’t, here’s Fontana di Trevi. Overwhelmed by tourists? You’re at the Pantheon, you’re very welcome. Are you lost? As you find your way back, walk through this gorgeous garden, or this picturesque alley, oh here’s a statue, a Roman aqueduct, a museum, fashionable people coming out of the supermarket (why are they all SO WELL DRESSED whilst buying tomatoes?), did you try the FOOD? Have some gelato to deal with the heat, we know you’ll come back next year, ARRIVEDERCI!
