One of those things we all know can do wonders for our mind and body yet for some reason we consider a waste of time, sleep must be put to the forefront of our health journey just like eating healthy and exercising regularly. I spoke with sleep consultant Anita Christophides about the importance of sleep, what constitutes a good night's sleep and how we can achieve it. We also talk about bedtime rituals and routines because I am a huge fan and they have changed the way I view this precious time our bodies and minds so desperately need.
