Poly Gregora has been advocating for mental health in Cyprus since she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder almost 20 years ago. On today's show, we talk about her journey to a diagnosis, finding a suitable psychiatrist/psychologist and what she's learned from participating in various causes and organisations on the island. We also chat about a new podcast we have created in collaboration with Black Lemon TV, The Mental Wellness Podcast, where we will be interviewing specialists and professionals on a broad range of mental health topics, and about the NHS services available in Cyprus and how to access them.
