‘’You need to speak your truth’’ is a ‘live-laugh-love’ level cliché and as I let the cringe wash over me, I also need to defend it because the older I get, the more I realize that no one actually really speaks their truth? Ryan Gosling is asking Rachel McAdams ‘’WHAT DO YOU WANT???’’ and so am I as I see the cogs turning in people’s heads, the Truth is there and it’s waving at me but it’s wearing a silly costume and it’s hidden behind a bush so every single time I have to go ‘pspspsps’ and give it treats and hope for the best.
