Today, the leaders of the EU gathered in Brussels for a two day summit where they will to try and hammer out a deal on an EU budget and a crucial €750 billion coronavirus recovery fund. Viktoria Dendrinou, who has covered the EU extensively as a reporter for Bloomberg News in Brussels and is one of the authors of the book The Last Bluff, joins us with an on the ground report.
