Over the last years we’ve seen a wave of creativity sweep across Greece - from art and culture to the country’s growing gastronomical scene. As this past year’s tourist numbers indicate, the world is also taking notice. An integral part of this success story are Greece’s wines, as Greek winemakers rediscover ancient cultural traditions and varieties to produce world-class wines again. Ted Diamantis, one of the leading importers of Greek wines in the United States who has been on the front lines of this transformation, joins Thanos Davelis to look into how these dynamic changes are not only boosting Greek products, but Greece’s overall image.
