Nagorno-Karabakh: Azerbaijan steps up its aggression against Armenians

Aram Hamparian discusses Azerbaijan’s latest acts of aggression against Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh - or Artsakh - that began this Sunday, what Ankara’s role is in facilitating Baku’s aggression, and ANCA’s campaign calling on Congress to condemn Azerbaijan and Turkey and cut off military aid to both countries.
